I partnered with Gourmenitsa, one of Bulgaria’s favourite vegetable deli brands, to answer that question right on the shelf. By inviting customers to rate each product’s heat level on Instagram, we turned personal taste into a practical guide, helping future shoppers find their perfect level of spice.

From Instagram to the grocery aisle promo event, the campaign captured the voice of the people. Once the ratings came in, we averaged the scores and put them straight on the label. Now, the next time a buyer is reaching for a jar, they’ll know whether it's mild enough for anyone or packing a punch that only the bold can handle. Accessible, and right there on the label. No guesswork, just honest heat levels, as voted by real Gourmenitsa fans.
